Ordering Process for original Watercolor

1. Submission of your request

- Contact us via our form describing your project

- You can submit up to 10 reference photos

2. Consultation and quote

- We review your request and contact you to discuss the details

- We send you a personalized quote

3. Validation and payment

- We will send you a secure payment link once the quote is approved

- Production begins after receipt of payment

Creation Process

1. Preliminary sketch

A black and white pencil sketch will be created
The draft is sent to you electronically for review
You can request modifications at this stage
Validation by the Client of the black and white sketch

2. Creation of the final watercolor

Creation of your unique artwork

3. Delivery

Your watercolor will be carefully packaged and shipped with a certificate of authenticity.

Production Timeframes

- Standard timeframe: 2 to 4 months, depending on complexity

- Express option: Available upon request, subject to the artist's workload

Modification Policy

- One free revision is included after the preliminary sketch.

- No modifications are possible once the Client has validated the sketch

Terms of Use

- The watercolors are intended for personal use or as a gift only.

- The artist retains all copyright and intellectual property rights to the work.

- Any use, reproduction, or distribution of the work other than personal is strictly prohibited without the prior written agreement of the artist.

- For any commercial use or reproduction, please contact us to obtain a specific license.

- The rights granted to the Client are valid in all countries, regardless of the place of sale or the Client's domicile.

- The artist and L'AUGUSTE Provence are authorized to use the image of the work for promotional purposes on social media, websites, and other marketing materials to promote their work without mentioning the Client's identity.

- The Client agrees to respect these terms of use and not to exceed the rights granted to them.

International Delivery

- We ship worldwide.

- Customs duties and import taxes are the Client's responsibility.

Velvety, citrusy, and refreshing!

"Velvet" has a deep orange-brown color (the color of wet clay) and a lovely citrusy fragrance. After application, my skin feels refreshed. My face has a radiant glow and sense of lightness, as if all my old skin cells have washed away. I highly recommend its use.
