Why Choose BLOOM?
- Because it works differently — no water in the formula, yet it transforms on contact with the water already present on the skin.
- Because it offers gentle daily protection against environmental aggressors.
- Because it nourishes without suffocating — the skin breathes freely.
- Because it supports the skin rather than trying to correct it.
- Because it turns your morning routine into a simple, intentional, sensorial ritual.
Benefits
Waterless, ultra-concentrated day cream
BLOOM is formulated without water to deliver a high concentration of plant oils, butters, and active ingredients. Denser, more honest, and closer to what the skin actually needs.
Texture that activates on damp skin
Applied to skin still damp from a hydrosol, BLOOM gradually transforms with the water already present on the skin to form a light, fresh emulsion on contact. Unlike a conventional cream, the result is felt — not seen — through texture and touch.
Support against external aggressors
Raspberry seed oil — rich in antioxidants and essential fatty acids — helps the skin resist oxidative stress and daily environmental aggressors, particularly those linked to UV exposure. Combined with shea butter, candelilla wax forms a light protective veil that supports moisture retention and shields against external aggressors.
BLOOM does not replace sun protection.

Nourishes without weighing the skin down
A blend of jojoba, hazelnut, apricot, and shea butter supports skin comfort, suppleness, and softness all day — without greasiness or an occlusive feel.
A formula that supports the skin
At L’AUGUSTE Provence, we don’t formulate to correct. BLOOM is designed to respect the skin’s natural functioning, support its balance, and accompany it over time.
A sensorial morning ritual
The texture, the natural scent of essential oils, the slow massage on damp skin — BLOOM turns a day cream into a moment of presence.

How to use BLOOM
-
After cleansing, mist a hydrosol of your choice over the face, neck, and décolleté. The skin should remain damp.
-
Using the spatula, take a very small amount of BLOOM. The ultra-concentrated formula means a little goes a long way.
-
Spread over the face, neck, and décolleté.
-
Massage gently. The cream gradually merges with the water present on the skin to form a light emulsion that absorbs more easily.

FAQ
Does BLOOM care for the skin even though it contains no water?
Yes. BLOOM works differently. It contains no water, but transforms on contact with the water already present on damp skin to form a light emulsion at the moment of application. It also helps preserve the skin’s moisture through its richness in plant oils, shea butter, and candelilla wax.
How do you apply a waterless day cream?
On clean, damp skin. Mist a hydrosol, then apply a very small amount of BLOOM. Massage gently: the texture gradually combines with the water present on the skin.
Is BLOOM suitable for oily or combination skin?
Yes. Even though it is rich in plant oils, BLOOM was designed to support the skin without suffocating it. It helps maintain comfort and balance without a heavy film or an occlusive feeling.
Does BLOOM protect from the sun?
No. BLOOM is not a sunscreen and does not replace SPF protection. However, raspberry seed oil and the other antioxidant ingredients were chosen to help the skin better cope with daily environmental aggressors, including UV-related oxidative stress.
What is the role of candelilla wax in BLOOM?
Candelilla wax helps form a light protective film on the skin’s surface. It helps retain moisture, improve comfort, and limit the impact of external aggressors.
How does the skin feel after application?
Supple, soft, nourished — but never stiff or overloaded. The result is felt through touch: a quiet sense of skin being supported.
Why is so little product needed?
Because BLOOM is an ultra-concentrated treatment. The formula contains no filler water, so a very small amount is enough.
Can BLOOM replace a conventional cream?
Can BLOOM replace a conventional cream?
Yes, if you’re seeking a nourishing, protective, ultra-concentrated day treatment. It simply requires a small adjustment: damp skin, a little product, and a mindful massage.
Can BLOOM be used year-round?
Yes. The formula was designed to support the skin in every season, against everyday external aggressors.
